The House Watchers, LLC Joins Forces with Dwell XPM Expanding Boston's Home Services Coverage

WELLESLEY, Mass. - Oct. 1, 2025 - PRLog -- Boston, MA – Dwell XPM, a leading provider of home services in the MetroWest Boston area, announced today, their acquisition of The House Watchers, LLC, a well-established home watch and property services business serving Metro Boston and the North Shore.  The combined entity will continue under the Dwell XPM name, expanding its reach and capabilities throughout Greater Boston.

As part of the merger, The House Watchers' founder, Frank Fantasia, will remain involved to support the smooth transition of clients and operations. In addition, the employees of The House Watchers will join Dwell XPM, LLC, ensuring continuity of service and a seamless experience for clients.
