She has held executive roles at CVS Health, Centene, UnitedHealthcare, and Humana, where she built high-performing teams, launched award-winning campaigns, and advanced initiatives that connect healthcare organizations with the communities they serve. Parker is a graduate of Alcorn State University and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard University.
