Women + Wellness Wednesdays Celebrates One-Year Anniversary with Special Event

SAN DIEGO - Sept. 22, 2025 - PRLog -- What began as a simple idea to create a space for local women to connect and grow has blossomed into a thriving community. Women + Wellness Wednesdays is proud to announce its one-year anniversary, celebrating 12 months of fostering friendships, collaborations, and a powerful network of female entrepreneurs.

The group gathers quarterly to share wisdom, network, and support one another, reinforcing the idea that women don't have to build their dreams alone. To mark this milestone, Women + Wellness Wednesdays is hosting a special anniversary event titled "Reclaiming Your Sacred Rhythm."

The event will feature a powerful talk led by Emily Marson, founder of Aphrodite Fertility Acupuncture. Her presentation, "Break Up With Birth Control and Watch Your Business Flourish," will explore how honoring the menstrual cycle can transform leadership and creativity. Attendees will discover how to:

• Explore biology as the original business plan
• Sync their work with their menstrual cycle for greater impact
• Reimagine entrepreneurship as a flow, not a force

In addition to the keynote presentation, the evening will include conscious connection opportunities, light bites and libations, a speaker panel, wellness activations, and take-home goodies. This event is more than a typical networking session; it's a chance to prioritize personal growth and community connection.
