Nash began his musical journey running and booking bands at a music venue, hosting legends like Bob Wooten and the Tennessee Three—experiences that inspired him to pursue his own music seriously in 2014. Family remains a central influence, with his wife Crystal-Lynn and his father, who sang country classics daily, fueling his creativity. Nash's musical heroes include George Jones, Hank Williams, Charlie Pride, George Strait, Garth Brooks, Randy Travis, Billy Joel, The Eagles, The Steve Miller Band, and more recently, Jelly Roll.

Nash's musical foundation is rich and varied. He performs in local bars, various Nashville venues, and out west on Vancouver Island, honing his craft in intimate and lively settings alike. A prolific songwriter, Nash say he's always writing.

His original songs on "The Last Highway" are rooted in his own real-life experiences: fishing trips, fireside gatherings, long drives from town to town. All moments brought to life by his love of travel and personal connection. Nash hopes listeners will feel the truth in each lyric, seeing vivid pictures in their minds as they experience his stories though song.
