BENGALURU, India - Sept. 18, 2025 - PRLog -- The Institute of Product Leadership (IPL) today announced the release of its Product Management Hiring Trends Insights Report 2025, a first-of-its-kind study based on over 110 hiring events hosted on its Career Assistance Platform between January and August 2025.

The report shows that product management hiring in India grew by 42% year-on-year, with the strongest momentum at senior levels. Salaries have climbed sharply, but hiring patterns are shifting away from startups toward mid-size firms and multinational corporations.

• Senior hiring surged 87%, while junior roles rose 16%.
