The dinner menu includes:

• Amuse Bouche – Watermelon gazpacho served with truffle crème fraîche, balsamic pearls and micro basil. Wine Pairings: Hess MVRK Sauvignon Blanc, Treana Sauvignon Blanc
• Appetizer – Ahi tuna tartare accompanied by avocado crema, mango, cucumber, cilantro oil, yuzu pearls and crispy wonton. Wine Pairings: Hess Napa Valley Chardonnay, Austin Chardonnay (Paso Robles)
