Free Training Day Mid-Atlantic 2025: A Day of Training, Family, and Community Growth

HORSHAM, Pa. - Aug. 31, 2025 - PRLog -- The Mid-Atlantic martial arts community is preparing to gather once again for the third annual Free Training Day Mid-Atlantic, a full-day event that welcomes practitioners of all styles, ages, and experience levels. This no-cost program emphasizes family, connection, and growth through martial arts training.

Since its launch in 2023, Free Training Day Mid-Atlantic has stood out among Free Training Day events nationwide. The first year set a record for opening attendance, and the 2024 event not only surpassed its own numbers but also achieved the largest year-over-year growth of any Free Training Day to date.

The 2025 program will continue that upward trend, offering 18 sessions taught by instructors from diverse martial arts backgrounds. Attendees can look forward to an atmosphere of mutual respect and curiosity — one where students, instructors, and families alike can deepen skills, explore new martial arts, and create lasting friendships.
