BCIB and SR Capital Launch Joint Venture to Expand Sovereign Finance in Asia and Middle East

LONDON - Aug. 25, 2025 - PRLog -- Bastion Commonwealth Investment Bank (BCIB) and SR Capital have announced the establishment of a 50:50 marketing joint venture to accelerate sovereign finance, structured investment products, and institutional banking solutions across Asia and the Middle East.

The collaboration brings together BCIB's sovereign-finance and institutional banking expertise with SR Capital's regional market depth and capital networks. Together, the partners will develop, promote, and distribute sovereign-grade investment products and structured financial instruments tailored to the growth priorities of governments and institutions in both regions.

The joint venture adopts a dual-track structure that accommodates both incorporated and non-incorporated formats. Should the entity be incorporated, equity will be divided equally between BCIB (50%) and SR Capital (50%). Both partners will exercise equal governance rights and appoint a Lead Institution per transaction to ensure compliance and transparency.
