UPPER HILL, Kenya - Aug. 15, 2025 - PRLog -- The Ndege Group is Africa's Sovereign Development Trust® (ASDT) and has outlined the transformative agenda for the upcoming Sandton Symposium 2025. Scheduled from the 28th of November to the 3rd of December 2025, this landmark inter-military symposium will convene Africa's top military and political leadership to finalise treaties designed to redefine the continent's defence and sovereign architecture. The symposium focuses on three pillars:

1. Africa's Sovereign Development Trust® (ASDT): The Strategic Architect.
The ASDT is the host and visionary engine behind the symposium. It represents a new paradigm for continental development, acting as a trusted entity to marshal resources, intellect, and strategic partnerships. The Trust's primary role is to provide the foundational governance and strategic oversight for long-term initiatives that secure Africa's future, ensuring that development is driven by African interests for African benefit.

2. The United African Defence Force (UADF): The Physical Shield.
A core objective of the symposium is to finalize the framework for the UADF. Envisioned as a transformative collective security initiative, the UADF is designed to foster long-term regional stability, peace, and critically, reduce the continent's historical reliance on external military interventions. Leaders will engage in working sessions to progress a multilateral treaty that will establish the UADF's operational mandate, structure, and legal foundation, including the creation of a Unified African Maritime Border.

3. OmniGaza: The Sovereign Economic Engine.
Underpinning this new security architecture is OmniGaza, a revolutionary financial and digital framework. The symposium will explore the integration of OmniGaza to secure Africa's economic independence through two key features: the establishment of a unified digital currency and the pursuit of sovereign immunity with capabilities akin to the Bank of International Settlements (BIS). This initiative is designed to provide a secure, transparent, and self-sufficient funding mechanism for the UADF and other continental development projects, insulating Africa's prosperity from external pressures.

"This symposium is where Pan-African vision meets actionable policy," said David Okiki Amayo Jr., Founder and Chairman of Africa's Sovereign Development Trust®. "We are moving beyond decades of discussion. Leaders will leave Sandton with a tangible multilateral treaty draft that establishes the UADF and begins the work of securing our economic independence through OmniGaza. This is the moment Africa assumes decisive control of its security and sovereign destiny."

The symposium is an invitation-only event for heads of African military forces, ministers of defence and foreign affairs, and key strategic partners from international defence and development organizations. Its meticulously designed agenda will focus on achieving tangible outcomes, including strategic capacity building, controlled investor engagement, and addressing emerging continental threats.
