Constellation Technologies Streamlines Vision, Doubling Down on Flagship Nova Program

NEW YORK - Aug. 12, 2025 - PRLog -- Constellation Technologies today announced a strategic shift, consolidating its operations around its flagship student entrepreneurship program, Nova Accelerator. This move is designed to maximize impact by focusing resources and energy on the most transformative part of its mission.

Previously, Constellation managed multiple initiatives, including Star Hacks, an annual hackathon connecting students and businesses, and the Cosmo Project, an edtech platform enhancing student learning. The company also pursued innovation through Project Simply in partnership with Xatalyst Labs, exploring, in 2023, early AI applications in fitness and biotech.

While each initiative contributed meaningfully, leadership recognized that maintaining a broad portfolio stretched resources thin and limited the ability to scale impact effectively in a rapidly evolving environment.

Since launch, Nova has supported over two cohorts of youth startups, helping secure more than $130,000 in funding and connecting founders with investors, mentors, and industry experts. Its holistic approach includes tailored mentorship, workshops, and exclusive networking to accelerate growth.

As part of this realignment, Constellation will discontinue development on Project Simply and its collaboration with Xatalyst Labs, which will now operate completely independently. Star Hacks and Cosmo will also be retired, though the company remains committed to supporting alumni and partners from these programs.
