Georgia's Lanier Islands Resort Planning a Summer Send Off Labor Day Weekend

BUFORD, Ga. - Aug. 7, 2025 - PRLog -- Although summer doesn't officially end until September 22, with school back in session, Labor Day Weekend often marks a symbolic last blast of the season for many families and fun-seekers in the South. Outdoor Cookout at Legacy Lodge – Saturday 8/30 from noon-5pm – Overnight guests can enjoy lakeside views as the heavenly aroma of grilled hot dogs and hamburgers fills the air.

Fireworks over Margaritaville at Lanier Islands – Sunday 8/31 from 6-9pm – LandShark Beach offers the perfect spot for viewing a dazzling spectacle over the water.

Live Music by the Lake – On Saturday 8/30 – Monday 9/1, Margaritaville at Lanier Islands guests can enjoy live music at LandShark Landing between 7-10pm on Saturday and Monday, and between 7-9pm on Sunday.
