Danieli Group supporting partnership between ITS Academy of Udine and the Polytechnic University of TurinDuring the recent Italian government's official visit to Uzbekistan, the global leader in the supply of high-technology equipment and metal manufacturing plants
Danieli Group has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ITS Academy of Udine and the Tashkent branch of the Polytechnic University of Turin. The partnership, strongly focused on international cooperation and industrial development, is aimed at starting a training and employment path targeting young Uzbek talents that could be later integrated into the Italian industrial system. The institutions involved are, in fact, launching a structured technical education and job placement program whose goal is to prepare Uzbek students for highly qualified roles in the Italian advanced manufacturing sector. After being selected from the Tashkent branch of the Polytechnic University of Turin, the Uzbek students will receive some basic training in language and technical skills in Uzbekistan. Then, they will continue with a two-year advanced specialization at the ITS Academy in Italy. Once the program is over,
Danieli Group will offer them direct job opportunities within its industrial sites, hence turning the training into a career opportunity. The agreement represents a tangible step in the new partnership between Italy and Uzbekistan in the fields of training and mobility, aligning with the implementation of the bilateral Memorandum on migration signed in Samarkand last May.
