The keynote address was delivered by Shiv Das Meena, IAS (retd.), Chairperson, Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TNRERA). He outlined Tamil Nadu state's vision on a roadmap for regulated, inclusive, and future-ready urban development.
