Hope Skibitsky Named Chief Executive Officer of NTI

SAN ANTONIO - July 30, 2025 - PRLog -- San Antonio, TX – Hope Skibitsky, a retired U.S. Air Force Command Chief Master Sergeant and experienced federal growth strategist, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Namauu Technological & Industrial (NTI), a Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO)-owned small business delivering strategic services in mission support, digital modernization, federal service project management, and integrated training across the federal landscape.

This leadership transition marks a pivotal moment for NTI, reflecting a natural evolution toward a leadership structure that better aligns with the company's current scale and strategic priorities. NTI's founder and former CEO, Dr. Kekai Namauu, will now serve as Chief Systems & Strategy Officer, focusing on enterprise architecture, high-level planning, and cross-functional alignment while remaining actively involved in shaping the company's growth.

A retired U.S. Air Force Command Chief Master Sergeant, Skibitsky brings nearly three decades of military service, deep human capital leadership experience, and a track record of empowering growth within purpose-driven organizations. Since joining NTI as Chief People Empowerment Officer, and later serving as Chief Growth Officer, she has championed employee-centered yet customer-focused systems, guided strategic expansion efforts, and introduced transformative approaches to workforce development in the federal space.
