Dr. AlFarra earned his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center after graduating summa cum laude from Texas Christian University. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and went on to serve as Chief Fellow in Interventional Pain Management at Johns Hopkins—one of the nation's most prestigious medical institutions.

His clinical focus includes spine-related pain (cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and sacral), CRPS, peripheral neuropathy, phantom limb pain, and joint arthritis. Dr. AlFarra emphasizes conservative treatment strategies while offering a full suite of advanced interventions such as spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, basivertebral nerve ablation, vertebral augmentation, and minimally invasive lumbar decompression (MILD).
