FILTHDEALER Announces New Album "Home Stalker And Other Abominations"

SAO PAULO - July 23, 2025 - PRLog -- São Paulo noisegaze band, FILTHDEALER, to release their new ten-song album, HOME STALKER AND OTHER ABOMINATIONS, available August 11 on all platforms.

The band's sound can be best described as alternative rock, experimental rock, indie rock, post punk and shoegaze, and for fans of Bauhaus, Faith No More and My Bloody Valentine.

FILTHDEALER is a quartet from São Paulo, Brazil, that was formed in 2023 by bassist and singer-songwriter Gustavo Urshei (Azumi). Their upcoming album is a follow up to Goose, his debut released in November of the same year. The band has since added André de Sousa (Trackercorps), Rafael Colombero (Hollow, Cidadão Penha) and Alexandre Araujo (Borovoi, Cidadão Penha) to the line-up.

Recorded June 2025 at Betari Studios, and mastered by Jamie Sitar of Outta Town Sound, HOME STALKER AND OTHER ABOMINATIONS is heavy, immersive and atmospheric.
From the title track's strong drive to the haunting "Cripta do Vale" and playful "Pigeon Society", to the massive "Threshold", the album features rich arrangements and powerful themes.

Nightmarish creatures and horrors uncovered, the aftermath of human extinction, a love for pigeons, or just taking the bus. All this and much more can be found on HOME STALKER AND OTHER ABOMINATIONS, also available to pre-order on Bandcamp starting July 28.

FILTHDEALER is Gustavo Urshei on bass and vocals, André de Sousa on guitar and sampling, Rafael Colombero on guitar, bass VI and keys, and Alexandre Araujo on drums.
