| Stonewall National Museum Expands BoardBy: Stonewall National Museum, Archives, & Library "As we face the obstacles confronting us as a community, we have doubled down on our commitment to preserve the history and culture of the LGBTQ+ community as well as continue the fight for a more equal future. We are happy to announce the addition of a new board member who is committed to our mission," said Robert Kesten, the Museum's President and CEO. "Jordan Montgomery is a young man with more than 15 years in the tech industry for major companies. His ability to reach out to a younger demographic and use his skills in tech, to help keep us current in these fast-paced times." With honors from Florida State University (a BA in Environmental Chemistry), University of Central Florida (Master's degree in Business Analytics Management), and a University of Cambridge (certificate in Sustainability Management), Montgomery's career has taken him across a myriad of sectors, including food procurement, transportation, marketing, hospitality, real estate, and energy. Devoted to community-driven initiatives, he was instrumental in the development of COVID-testing analytics solutions per back-to-office protocols, served as the data lead on many crown jewel application upgrades, and launched several resources for the LGBTQ+ community. Montgomery was one of 23 leaders selected through the 2025 Emerge Broward Board Engagement Program, which pairs dynamic professionals with nonprofits committed to meaningful impact. As part of the board, he will help ensure SNMAL's continued role as a leader in diversity and equality during a time of heightened tensions across the community.
