The complication progressed to venous compression, leading to thrombosis and swelling of the face and right upper limb.

Upon referral, the case was reviewed through a multidisciplinary Heart Team meeting involving the departments of Cardiology and CTVS at SUM Hospital. Given the complexity and high risk, Dr. Nayak proposed a percutaneous stent graft repair—a minimally invasive solution aimed at reducing infection risk while preserving critical anatomy.
