I have tried them all, and felt it necessary to share my findings on these two Companies.
By: Cary Nagdeman Go for Lunch, Dinner or Catering you will be impressed. I have eaten at Mista Lees several times and have had my catering orders delivered. Try there BBQ Pastrami, you won't find better. BBQ Ribs are perfection, seasoned and smoked perfectly. Smoked Pulled Pork or Brisket are my favorites they are Great! After living in Tennessee for years this Barbeque is every bit as good as Memphis's finest. Now comes, Preferred Air Conditioning in Pompano Beach, Florida. They have been around for over 30 years, a privately owned family company with 5 Star reviews from their customers. Air Conditioning a crucial necessity in South Florida, I have used Preferred for over 20 years at multiple properties. Just last week my 15 year old A/C broke down. I made a call to Rick at Preferred Air and he immediately sent out a repair crew. Unfortunately, I was informed that the outside units copper tubing had split. The bad news was I needed a new unit. Before replacement Preferred's owner Rick came to my house and said he could possibly reseal the split copper tubing. He personally took charge and in less than 1 hour my A/C was running cold. I was informed that the repair was only temporary that could last a few months to a few years, we'll have to see. The difference in cost would have been thousands not hundreds of Dollars.
