There was a small drop in the number of new candidates searching for jobs in the travel industry last month, according to the latest figures from C&M Travel Recruitment. June saw a seven per cent fall from May and a four per cent dip from June 2024. Similarly, there was a 12 per cent monthly decrease in the availability of new travel jobs in June, as well as a 21 per cent fall compared to the same month last year. Completing the picture, the number of candidates being placed in new travel jobs also fell back in June by 15 per cent from the previous month and by four per cent from June 2024.
