Generational Fallout: How the Cover-Up of a Corporate Crime Is Now Destroying Innocent Lives

When silence becomes inheritance, the damage doesn't end with the perpetrators—it passes down to their children.

WASHINGTON - July 1, 2025 - PRLog -- The children of Craig and Inga Housley never signed up to be part of a federal investigation. They played no role in the fraud that stole Fiber Network Solutions (FNSI) from its medically incapacitated founder—nor in the conspiracy that followed. And yet, by late June 2025, the weight of their parents' decisions arrived at their door.

This is no longer just about corporate fraud. It is about reputational free-fall and the irreversible inheritance of silence.

The Housley's had a choice. They were fully engaged with David Koch in late 2023—reviewing documents, discussing the fraud, and receiving Exhibit 2.5, the hidden asset purchase agreement that tied Cogent  to a concealed acquisition. Instead of standing with truth, they forwarded that evidence to Cogent, along with information regarding Koch's investigation—triggering internal panic. In return, the Housley's sided with the criminal enterprise and sold their integrity and morality in exchange for their silence.

The betrayal didn't stop with the transaction. It reached into their own household.

What the Housley's five children now face is a generational burden imposed by the ethical collapse of their parents. A 13-year-old girl. A 20-year-old starting an MBA. A 22-year-old First Officer and CFI—whose eligibility for an ATP license may now be jeopardized under 14 CFR § 61.153(c). These are lives that mattered—until Craig and Inga chose to keep the crime buried.

Website logs now confirm 24 targeted visits from Saint Kitts and Nevis—where Kyle Bacon owns a $7 million residence and holds dual citizenship for tax sheltering. These visits occurred within hours of the June 17 and June 25 disclosures naming Bacon as a central conspirator. Kyle Bacon received the message. And so did the Housleys.

The Fiber Network Solutions matter has now been assigned a master case and five sub-cases by the IRS Whistleblower Office. It is the subject of seven whistleblower filings with the SEC under Dodd-Frank, and two additional disclosures to the FAA. Formal delivery of the 160-page report—with indexed exhibits—has been confirmed to the U.S. Attorney, IRS-CI, FBI, and SEC.

David Koch, founder of FNSI, stated: "Anyone helping to hide this after today is no longer a bystander. They are complicit."

Every person involved—even tangentially—now faces a choice:

➤ Tell the truth — and risk the fallout
➤ Protect the lie — and risk everything else

Because silence is not ignorance. It is complicity.
