PRLog -- Africa's Sovereign Development Trust (ASDT), operating as The Ndege Group, today announced its commitment to spearhead critical initiatives aimed at fortifying the continent's security and sovereign needs. In a bold strategic move, ASDT is set to host a series of inter-military symposiums designed to lay the foundational framework for a United African Defence Force (UADF) and to establish a harmonised approach for a unified African maritime border. The first of these pivotal symposiums is slated to take place in Johannesburg, South Africa, in November 2025.
Over the next 60 months, The Ndege Group (ASDT) is committed to implementing this pivotal defence force, achieved through the systematic harmonisation of existing military agreements across the continent. This ambitious undertaking is robustly backed by accredited ethical investors, leveraging the formidable capabilities of ASDT's OmniGaza platform. The singular, unwavering role of this burgeoning defence force will be to serve and diligently protect the vast and diverse continent of Africa. The comprehensive program, meticulously planned for a systematic rollout over the next decade, will encompass the development of state-of-the-
art training facilities, procurement of advanced equipment, and the integration of sophisticated strategic systems. These elements are designed to cohesively optimise asset protection, enhance border control, bolster continental security, and address emerging threats across Africa's complex geopolitical landscape.
This transformative endeavour is being diligently led by The Ndege Group Nominees Limited – ASDT's Nairobi-based Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) – and meticulously organised by ASDT's visionary Founder & Chairman, David Okiki Amayo Jr. This leadership is further enhanced by collaboration with key strategic stakeholders from around the globe. ASDT anticipates working in close collaboration with a wide array of international and continental partners to ensure the success and widespread acceptance of these initiatives. Expected partners include USAFRICOM, China's People's Liberation Army, The Africa Corps (also known as the Russian Expeditionary Corps - REK), the African Union, and the Armies of all African nations, underscoring the truly global and collaborative nature of this essential undertaking.
