Chef Judy Expands Culinary Empire with New Restaurant: "The Ville Wings & Bar" Opens June 24 in Fayetteville

FAYETTEVILLE, NC – Acclaimed local restaurateur, Food Network Champion and Army veteran Chef Judith Cage is expanding her culinary footprint once again with the grand opening of her latest restaurant, The Ville Wings & Bar, set to open on Tuesday, June 24 at 1911A Murchison Road in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

The Ville Wings & Bar is a bold new concept from the team behind Uptown's Chicken & Waffles, offering a casual sit-down dining and bar experience in the heart of the Murchison Road corridor. The new venture is rooted in community connection, quality ingredients and hometown flavor.

"At The Ville Wings & Bar, we envision a vibrant gathering place where our community comes together to savor delicious freshly prepared wings and crispy fries," said Cage. "We are committed to using quality ingredients and serving with heartfelt hospitality, creating memorable experiences for our guests."

The Murchison Road community showed strong support for Uptown's temporary move to the area, a response that played a big role in the decision to stay and open a permanent sister location. While The Ville Wings & Bar will not offer live music or events at launch, the focus remains on bold flavors, friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere.

The menu will feature 20 signature wing flavors including Raspberry Jalapeño, Honey Chipotle and The Ville Flavor. Guests can also enjoy a variety of fry styles, fried pickles, jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks, salads, desserts and uniquely named chicken sandwiches like the Scholar and the Dropout. The drink menu includes Grape Kool-Aid, Murch Punch and the Two Six specialty beverage.

Chef Judy's work extends beyond the kitchen. As owner of Lorraine's Home Essentials and a strong community supporter, she continues to invest in the region with every new venture. "Our goal is to be the go-to destination for flavor, fun and connection where every bite celebrates the spirit of our neighborhood," she added.
