DELHI, India - June 19, 2025 - PRLog -- Air travel is not a luxury anymore — it is a necessity. People travel for work, health, family emergencies, and studies. When a national carrier begins to repeatedly fail its citizens, we must take it seriously. The recent Air India complaints are not just about a few missed flights. They represent the experience of thousands who feel unheard and unprotected.

As someone who believes in institutional reform, people-first policy, and accountability, I feel we need to approach this crisis in three clear steps:

🔹 Transparency: Airlines must openly share causes of delay or technical failure with passengers. Trust grows with honesty.
🔹 Training & Discipline: Ground staff and crew should be re-trained in public service behavior and crisis handling.
🔹 Public Representation: Citizens must be able to raise complaints without fear of being ignored. Independent passenger feedback systems must be strengthened.

I believe we cannot solve national issues in silence. Whether it is a train delay or an airline failing us, speaking out is the first step. But we must also speak responsibly, and push for reforms, not just outrage.

It is time we treat customer service, passenger safety, and operational integrity not as optional upgrades, but as non-negotiable responsibilities.

Let us come together as aware citizens, conscious leaders, and active voices — not to attack but to improve.

Air India belongs to the people of India. Let's remind every institution of that.
