A thought-provoking panel discussion followed, moderated by Jimmy Thomas and led by Pranesh Chhibber, Country Director, Canadian Wood. The panel featured key industry voices—Vishwas Sonigara (Vittaazio), Ar. Devdatt Pandya (Studio 919), Sharvil Shridhar (A Shridhar Group), and Rama Krishna Rao (National Institute of Design)—who discussed the applications, performance, and eco-benefits of responsibly sourced wood in construction. Speaking at the seminar, Pranesh Chhibber emphasized the growing relevance of renewable materials in India's building sector. He underscored that B.C. wood species offer not only environmental benefits but also high performance and aesthetic value, making them ideal for modern-day construction and manufacturing.
