By: Querv Exchange The program includes a multi-tiered content framework comprising beginner-friendly modules, real-time learning workshops, interactive quizzes, and downloadable resources—all accessible via the newly enhanced Querv Learning Hub. The curriculum covers core areas such as personal budgeting, financial planning, risk management, digital transaction safety, and an introduction to modern financial technologies. To ensure global accessibility, the platform supports multilingual delivery of content across 12 languages. Regional partnerships with educational institutions and nonprofit organizations have also been established to localize delivery and contextualize instruction based on regional economic realities and user needs. "The initiative reflects a long-term commitment to financial inclusion through education," said Matthew Collins, Director of Global User Experience at Querv Exchange. "Empowering users with basic financial understanding is not just good practice—it's essential infrastructure for any sustainable financial ecosystem." In addition to self-paced learning, Querv Exchange will host a series of live webinars, expert Q&A sessions, and certification programs to recognize user progress. These sessions will be delivered by financial educators, product specialists, and risk analysts from Querv's internal teams and external partners. The Financial Literacy Initiative is part of Querv's broader ESG-driven mission to create equal access to economic opportunity through technology. By equipping users with practical financial skills, Querv aims to reduce vulnerability to fraud, improve investment decision-making, and foster long-term financial independence. A pilot version of the program will first roll out in Southeast Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America—regions identified as having high mobile connectivity but limited access to traditional financial education. Based on impact assessments and feedback, the program will be scaled globally over the next 12 months.
