Callie & TToEAT AI Ordering for Food Trucks

We've all stood in long lines at food trucks just to grab a quick bite. We knew there had to be a better way. That's why we created Callie & TToEAT — an AI-powered ordering assistant that lets customers skip the line by simply texting or calling. No app downloads. No waiting. Just fast, seamless ordering via SMS or voice. The platform works as a virtual employee for food vendors, taking orders, sending payment links, and printing receipts automatically. It helps vendors serve more customers with fewer staff, and gives customers their time back. In early testing, over 300 users loved the experience every single one preferred it to waiting in line.

What It Does:

Customers place orders by texting or calling a number displayed on the truck. The AI assistant confirms the order and sends a secure payment link. Once paid, the order is printed in the truck for fulfillment. When ready, the customer walks up to the pickup window no lines, no frustration.

Funding Use:

Funds raised will go toward finalizing our hardware and software platform, integrating payment and receipt systems, marketing to food truck vendors, supporting setup and customer service, and covering Kickstarter fees.

Use Breakdown:

40% for final tech development

20% for system integration

25% for vendor marketing

10% for support and setup

5% for platform fees

Timeline:

Pilot testing with 5 vendors will wrap up between June and July. In August, we will onboard our first 10 food trucks. By September, we plan a full statewide rollout with marketing support. By the end of 2025, we aim to expand to over 100 food trucks across the country.
