This year's survey reveals both progress and persistent pressure points. Satisfaction with compensation among trainees rose slightly from an average of 4.6 in 2024 to 5.1 in 2025 on a 10-point scale. However, the majority of respondents still reported high levels of financial strain with student loan debt stress increasing dramatically. Key findings include:
