Morningscore acquires competitor Tiny Ranker

ODENSE, Denmark - June 3, 2025 - PRLog -- Danish SEO company Morningscore ApS has acquired its competitor Tiny Ranker. The strategic acquisition marks a significant step in Morningscore's ambition to strengthen its position in the European market.

The deal follows a recent capital investment and the addition of new expertise from serial entrepreneurs Bo Møller and Lasse Holbøll. Backed by this new direction, Morningscore now aims to become the preferred SEO platform for small and medium-sized businesses in Europe.

Since 2014, Tiny Ranker has supported businesses in monitoring their Google rankings and evaluate their SEO performance. With the acquisition, Morningscore consolidates its market presence and takes another step toward international growth.

Consolidation in a competitive market

The SEO software market is marked by increasing competition and the dominance of large international players. Morningscore chooses a different path - offering a more accessible, gamified tool that makes advanced SEO work more user-friendly.

With the acquisition of Tiny Ranker, Morningscore brings together two Danish companies with strong products and loyal user bases.

Tiny Ranker's users will continue to access the platform as usual. In the future, Morningscore will offer a migration to its own solution, which provides access to additional features and comprehensive user experience.

Morningscore emphasizes that no users will be forced to switch.

Tiny Ranker's founder, Anders Pedersen, highlights that it was essential for him to hand over the product to a company that will continue to develop it with respect for both the technology and its users.
