Special Counsel to Investigate Biden Health Coverup + Autopen Forgery

Law Requires Appointment of Non-Government Prosecutor to Avoid Conflict of Interest

WASHINGTON - June 1, 2025 - PRLog -- Attorney General Pamela Bondi appears poised to appoint a special counsel to investigate whether any crimes were committed as part of efforts to actively conceal declines in President Joe Biden's mental capabilities, as well as whether an autopen was used without Biden's approval to sign pardons, executive orders, or other official documents, says public interest law professor John Banzhaf.

A formal Part 600 legal petition for the appointment of a special counsel to conduct a criminal investigation of whether federal crimes were committed as part of a coordinated effort to deceive the public about Biden's medical condition as alleged in three recent books and numerous articles was filed.

This appointment was also requested by former deputy assistant attorney general and now law professor John Yoo, and attorney and Fox News Host Kayleigh McEnany.

On Monday a second Part 600 legal petition for the appointment of a special counsel was filed with Bondi's office seeking a special counsel to investigate evidence recently made public that a presidential autopen was used without Biden's knowledge or authorization to sign both pardons and executive orders as has been alleged by several sources, including President Donald Trump, Congressman James Comer, and Congressman Buddy Carter.
.
In addition, a major energy organization has provided additional evidence that executive orders having a major impact on the environment were signed by autopen, and without Biden's knowledge or authorization.

If pardons, executive orders or other government documents were issued with a signature forged with an autopen, it would appear to constitute the federal crime of 18 U.S.C. § 471 forgery: defined as the making, altering, using, or possession of a false document or material with the specific intent of committing fraud, says the law professor.  It may also violate 18 U.S.C. § 495 which applies when someone falsely forges any writing with the intent of defrauding the United States, argues Banzhaf.

Even though congressional investigations are planned, the appointment of an independent and unbiased special counsel is still vital for several reasons, says the law professor.
