SickFit, the first woman-, minority-, and veteran-owned sock company, releases its Juneteenth Legacy

DALLAS - May 29, 2025 - PRLog -- (Dallas, TX ) – SickFit, the first woman-, minority-, and veteran-owned sock company, is commemorating Juneteenth with the release of its Legacy Pack, a limited-edition sock drop rooted in culture, history, and purpose. Founded by Army veteran and Texas native Paden Sickles, SickFit continues to lead with impact—this time paying tribute to liberation from the ground up.

Juneteenth, born in Galveston, Texas, carries deep historical and emotional meaning, especially for Black Texans. For Sickles, the collection isn't just symbolic—it's personal. After 11 years of service in the Army, including enduring career-ending injuries and overcoming a rare heart condition, Sickles founded SickFit to spark change—starting with the overlooked power of socks.

"I've worn the uniform of this country. Now I wear the uniform of entrepreneurship," says Sickles. "This drop isn't just about socks—it's legacy. It's storytelling stitched into something people wear every single day. That matters."

The Legacy Pack includes bold, high-performance socks infused with colors of liberation and the names of trailblazers who paved the way—icons like Harriet Tubman, Malcolm X, Maya Angelou, Jackie Robinson, and more. Each pair is designed not just for performance, but for conversation—honoring the past while pushing culture forward.

A portion of proceeds from the Legacy Pack will be directed toward [Insert Nonprofit or Cause], supporting community programs that uplift Black youth and underserved veterans.

The release comes during SickFit's nationwide rise, including appearances at the Military Influencer Conference (MIC), collaborations with Olympians and Paralympians, and the acclaimed SickFit World Tour, where sock murals become community landmarks of unity, history, and innovation.
