Eppione Appoints Joe Blake as Chief Executive Officer to Lead Next Phase of International Growth

DUBLIN - May 28, 2025 - PRLog -- Eppione, a leading provider of integrated employee benefits solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Blake as its new Chief Executive Officer and Board Director, effective immediately.

Joe brings a wealth of experience in scaling high-growth technology companies, having played a pivotal role in the success of several notable ventures. Most recently, he held leadership positions at FeedHenry—which was acquired by Red Hat in 2014— and Artomatix, which was acquired by Unity Software in 2019. His proven track record in driving innovation, operational excellence, and global expansion makes him ideally suited to lead Eppione through its next phase of growth.

Over the past six months, Joe has been working closely with the Eppione leadership team, contributing to a period of strategic realignment and business transformation. This included the successful sale of a portion of Eppione's Irish book of business to Hastings Insurance, allowing the company to sharpen its focus on international markets.

Eppione is registered with the Central Bank in Ireland and FCA in the UK, to offer a full suite of financial and technology solutions supporting Employers and Brokers globally .  They recently announced a new AI powered platform to accelerate sales for Brokers .

The company is backed by existing investors such as Delta Partners and Capstrive, along with a network of high-profile private investors, Eppione is now well-positioned to scale its presence in key global markets. As part of this leadership transition, David Kindlon, Eppione's co-founder and outgoing CEO, will assume the newly created role of Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Growth. David co-founded the business with Neil Fallon who will remain as Chief Operating Officer and directly managing UK operations.
