Over the past six months, Joe has been working closely with the Eppione leadership team, contributing to a period of strategic realignment and business transformation. This included the successful sale of a portion of Eppione's Irish book of business to Hastings Insurance, allowing the company to sharpen its focus on international markets. Eppione is registered with the Central Bank in Ireland and FCA in the UK, to offer a full suite of financial and technology solutions supporting Employers and Brokers globally . They recently announced a new AI powered platform to accelerate sales for Brokers . The company is backed by existing investors such as Delta Partners and Capstrive, along with a network of high-profile private investors, Eppione is now well-positioned to scale its presence in key global markets.
