Bavarian Inn Restaurant hosts a night of bourbon, cigars, and exquisite cuisine

FRANKENMUTH, Mich. - May 27, 2025 - PRLog -- The "On the Rocks and Rolled: A Bourbon & Cigar Experience" at the Bavarian Inn Restaurant (https://www.bavarianinn.com/) is set to unify the bold flavors of Maker's Mark Bourbon, classic cigars from Ashes & Ales, and a 4-course meal prepared by Bavarian Inn chefs.

This event will be hosted on June 6, 2025 at 6 PM, just in time to gift as a Father's Day (June 15) present.

The laid-back atmosphere and pairings of bourbons throughout the 4-course meal will make for an unforgettable dining experience. The first course of the evening will feature a Bourbon-Glazed Smoked Pork Belly, served over charred sweet corn and black truffle succotash, accompanied by a 1oz. pour of Maker's Mark Bavarian Inn Private Select Triple B.

Following the introductory course of the night, Bavarian Inn Restaurant will serve a Beef Short Rib Croquette with caramelized onions folded into a creamy potato mixture. The bourbon pairing for the secondary course will be a 1-oz pour of Maker's Mark Bavarian Inn Private Select Matriarch 100, a spirited testament to Bavarian Inn's Matriarch, Dorothy Zehnder.

The third course of the dining experience will introduce the main dish of the night, Blackened Swordfish with smoked gouda, charred asparagus, and blistered cherry tomatoes, a sophisticated ending to the savory offerings of the evening.

To conclude the 4-course meal, a warm spiced Bourbon Apple Crisp will be served for a sweet ending, before guests head to the Fischer Platz for entertainment, cigars from Ashes & Ales, and the final bourbon tasting of the night, Bill's Smoked Maple Old Fashion.
