At the heart of the unit is an independently developed 130 impact crusher host, with a large feed port of 1300 mm × 900 mm, supported by a hydraulic auxiliary impact plate setting. The system begins with a 7 m³ hopper feeder, constructed with an 8 mm HD plate for durability. The flat feeder, measuring 2800 mm × 1300 mm, ensures a steady flow of material. A three-layer pre-screening unit improves particle separation efficiency with optional configurations and rubber sealing layers for tailing discharge.

The integrated return screen (4400 mm × 1510 mm) supports vibration angles of 21°, with customizable screen holes and a ROSTA hydraulic adjustment lift to fine-tune screening performance.

The unit is equipped with multiple belt conveyors:

• Main belt conveyor: 1300 mm bandwidth, 22° inclination, dual motor drive (15kW)
