Vertex Unveils the All-New VZ13RSFK: A Game-Changer in Mobile Crushing Technology

HOUSTON - May 19, 2025 - PRLog -- Vertex Bergbaumaschinen, a global leader in mobile crushing solutions, has officially launched its latest innovation: the VZ13RSFK Mobile Crusher, a next-generation tracked unit engineered for high-volume, on-site rock and construction waste processing.

This powerful addition to Vertex's mobile impact crusher lineup sets new standards in performance, efficiency, and adaptability for customers in mining, aggregates, and demolition sectors.

Designed for High-Capacity On-Site Processing

The VZ13RSFK is equipped with a robust 1300 mm × 900 mm hydraulic-assisted impact crusher, independently developed by Vertex's R&D team. The crusher is fed by a flat feeder measuring 2800 mm in length and 1300 mm in width, ensuring smooth material flow. A 7 m³ high-durability hopper with an 8 mm thick HD plate enables continuous operation even under heavy-duty conditions.

To accommodate a wide range of material types and output sizes, the machine includes a three-layer pre-screening unit and a customizable return screen (4400 mm × 1510 mm) with a 21° vibration angle. This configuration provides excellent separation and efficiency for both primary and recycled aggregates.

Power, Precision, and Control

At the core of the system is a high-efficiency dual-motor main belt conveyor (1300 mm width) with a 22° inclination, complemented by multiple side, return, and finished product conveyors—all hydraulically foldable for easy transport. The power unit uses an external power supply and is equipped with a buzzer alarm and working searchlight for safe and intelligent control.

The frequency-conversion electrical control cabinet allows for both wireless and wired remote operation, and includes advanced features such as cabinet vibration isolation and dust-proof sealing for harsh environments.

Built to Perform Anywhere

The VZ13RSFK stands out for its compact transport dimensions (21.3 m length × 7.3 m width × 5.6 m height) and rugged design. With a discharge height of 3.6 meters, the finished product conveyor is ideal for direct stockpiling or transfer to subsequent processing lines. The entire unit is mounted on a high-traction crawler chassis, ensuring excellent maneuverability on all terrains.
