Hong Kong, May 1, 2025  Following the international success of her debut Kickstarter project Quack Deck, Hong Kong based artist Devina Hung returns with a brand-new campaign that's as heartwarming as it is inspiring. Her second project, "Chubby Pandy Sports Enamel Pins," combines a love for fitness, wildlife conservation, and adorable design in a playful collection of hard enamel pins.
"After seeing Quack Deck embraced by backers around the world, I felt incredibly motivated to create something just as meaningful and fun," said Devina. "This time, I wanted to merge my personal passion for sports with my creative storytelling, and that's how Chubby Pandy was born."
Chubby Pandy, a lovable panda who embarks on a journey to balance his love of food with newfound enthusiasm for fitness, represents the message at the heart of the project: encouraging healthy living while raising awareness for panda conservation. A Story with Heart  And a Mission
Devina, an amateur water polo player, designed Chubby Pandy as a reflection of her own journey with wellness. "I know how tough it is to start exercising, but once you do, it becomes something you love. I wanted to capture that joy and turn it into something tangible, something cute and something that can do some good."
Proceeds from the campaign will also help highlight the importance of wildlife preservation. With support from the Hong Kong Ocean Park Conservation Foundation (OPCF), the campaign aims to spark global awareness of endangered species, particularly pandas, whose natural habitats are under constant threat.
Each enamel pin measures approximately 4.5 cm and features Devina's signature design, silver plating, and a secure black rubber pin back. With eight charming sports-themed designs to unlock—ranging from tennis to skateboarding—fans can mix, match, and trade their favorite characters. Stretch goals include potential surprises like stickers, postcards, or tote bags.
