Today, I stand in California honoring both." A long-time advocate for cross-cultural unity, Nicky Dare has spent over three decades building connections across communities through leadership, education, and preparedness. Her participation in VAPI 2025 reaffirms her ongoing commitment to preserving heritage while inspiring new generations to lead with awareness and pride. The Valley Asian & Pacific Islanders Cultural Festival hosted over 50 cultural experiences, featuring authentic food, music, martial arts, family activities, and art installations.
