Chris Price, owner of Metro Builders, moved to Pinellas County with his father, Eddie Price, in 1987 and attended middle and high school at Dunedin where he met his wife to be, Teresa Sturm. Teresa, who has always enjoyed education, was born and raised in Dunedin, and is the current principal of Tarpon Springs Fundamental School.
