Nate has more than 30 years of experience assisting both public and private companies in their pursuit of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. He is leading SmartBear's mergers and acquisitions strategy and advancing the company's transformation into an AI-native organization, further driving enterprise-wide adoption of AI to accelerate growth, boost productivity, and unlock new value across every function.

He brings deep expertise in structuring complex transactions, building high-performing teams, and aligning growth strategies with long-term business value.
