BAREILLY, India - April 17, 2025 - PRLog -- Local observations and feedback from education hubs in areas like Shahamat Ganj, Qila, and Izzatnagar have revealed a disturbing trend — despite talent and potential, a significant number of young people from minority communities remain either unemployed or engaged in low-income unskilled jobs

Mubashir MB Malik, a prominent voice in community leadership and a local entrepreneur, has raised this issue through multiple platforms while also initiating grassroots programs to address the widening skill gap

"Today's youth need more than degrees — they need direction, practical training, and confidence," said Malik, during a recent session with students at a community library in Qutubkhana. "We cannot wait for change to happen. We must build it with our own hands"

To counter this problem, Malik has launched the "Skills for All" initiative — a city-based program connecting unemployed minority youth with basic digital education, resume-building workshops, spoken English training, and links to job opportunities in both private and government sectors

He has also started discussions with training partners and NGOs to set up mobile vocational labs that can rotate between minority localities every week and offer on-the-spot learning and certification

Through his work, Mubashir MB Malik aims to empower youth not only to earn but also to dream and lead
