35-Acre Site, Adjacent to the Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport, Sells for $2.35M

BROOKSVILLE, Fla. - April 8, 2025 - PRLog -- Land Advisors Organization's Tampa office represented the seller of a 35-acre site adjacent to the Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport. Corporate Corner LLC purchased the site for $2,350,000 and plans to construct a light industrial and commercial project on the property, which is expected to bring new jobs and economic activity to Hernando County.

The property, which has significant frontage along two major arterial roadways - Spring Hill Drive and U.S. Highway 41, is immediately northeast of the Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport, only two-and-a-half miles east of the Suncoast Parkway and approximately six miles southwest of Brooksville's central business district. It is also located just east of the new Dennis Wilfong Center for Success & the Wilton Simpson Technical College, which is scheduled to open in Spring '25. The educational complex, a joint project between Hernando County Government, Hernando County School Board, and Pasco-Hernando State College, will provide workforce training in high-demand careers to potentially benefit the buyer's development plans and future graduates of the College.

The subject site was sold by Huntley Holdings LLC, which was represented by Nancy Surak with Land Advisors Organization. The buyer was represented by Joe Cole with Turner Cole Company.
