CharlottesvilleFamily Magazine Launches MOMpreneur Business Grant

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - March 31, 2025 - PRLog -- CharlottesvilleFamily Magazine is proud to announce the inaugural CharlottesvilleFamily MOMpreneur Business Grant, a new initiative created to uplift and empower mothers growing family-focused businesses across Central Virginia.

Launched in honor of Women's History Month, this annual grant offers a $5,000 marketing package that includes expert strategy consultations and comprehensive promotion across CharlottesvilleFamily's print, digital, and social media platforms throughout 2025.

Applications are open through April 15, 2025, and eligible applicants must:

• Be a woman-owned and operated business
• Be based in Central Virginia
• Have been in operation for fewer than five years
• Be willing to participate in promotional activities throughout the year

"As a mother and small business owner myself, I know firsthand the challenges and creativity that come with balancing entrepreneurship and family life," says Jennifer Bryerton, publisher and co-founder of CharlottesvilleFamily Magazine. "This grant is our way of honoring the incredible women in our region who are turning passion into purpose, often with a child on one hip and a laptop in the other."

Finalists will be featured during Mother's Day Week, when the community will be invited to vote for the winner online.
