WIKA Beton CEO Kuntjara Named Among Indonesia's Best Leaders for 2024

JAKARTA PUSAT, Indonesia - Feb. 18, 2025 - PRLog -- PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) President Director Kuntjara has been recognized as one of Indonesia's Best CEOs in the 2024 "The Best CEO" awards, hosted by SWA Magazine and Dunamis Organization Services on Feb. 14.

The award acknowledges Kuntjara's leadership in steering WIKA Beton through a period of growth and innovation while fostering an adaptive corporate culture in Indonesia's competitive precast concrete sector.

The selection was based on an independent employee survey, focusing on managerial perspectives and employing the "Four Roles of Leadership" framework by leadership expert Stephen Covey.

Survey results highlighted Kuntjara's strength as a Pathfinder, setting strategic direction to maintain WIKA Beton's position as a key player in the national precast concrete market. He was also recognized as an Alignment leader, cultivating internal cohesion to achieve collective targets.
