PRLog -- TVS Records has dropped a six song EP from the Boomin Reunion Band entitled 'Generations' on leading digital music streaming services worldwide. Artists on the EP include Mitch Ryder, Jim Yester (Association)
, Pete Rivera (Rare Earth), and The Miracles. Each sat in with the Boomin Reunion Band to reprise their hits from the rock and roll era.
Boomin Reunion Band is an ensemble of Hollywood, Bakersfield, Las Vegas, and San Francisco studio musicians who perform the top pop hits of the 20th Century with the original artists. The band was formed by Rockabilly Hall of Famer Donnie Brooks with former Wrecking Crew guitarist Jerry Cole as the band leader.
'Generations' is the first six song EP from the Boomin Reunion Band that has been released by TVS Records. In all, the Boomin Reunion Band recorded with more than a hundred top pop artists of the Baby Boomer era including Ernie K Doe, Jean Knight, Robert Parker, Frankie Ford, Chuck Jackson, Len Barry, Donnie Brooks, Merrilee Rush, Cannibal and the Headhunters, Jewel Akens, Spencer Davis, Chris Montez, John Gummoe, The Cufflinks, Al Wilson, Lou Christie, Bobby 'Boris' Pickett, Brian Hyland, Mel Carter, Mitch Ryder, Mark Lindsay, J J Jackson, Bay City Rollers, Chuck Rio, The Miracles, Grass Roots, The Raiders, and more.
