CLIFTON, N.J. - Jan. 21, 2025 - PRLog -- Inca Cares Foundation will host their Annual Salute to Hispanics in Sports in Entertainment award reception and concert that is held each year during the Super Bowl Game week in the host city.

The day begins with a charity golf tournament at Bayou Oaks City Park Golf Club at 10:00 AM and closes with the evening awards reception which will take place at the House of Blues in the French Quarter at 7:00 PM.

The awards reception will pay tribute to three outstanding philanthropic Latino trailblazers that are Miami Dolphins NFL offensive tackle, Bayron Matos, TV Host and author John Quinones, and New Orleans socialite Margarita Bergan.  The reception includes dinner, a raffle and concert by Andy Vargas, lead singer from the legendary Carlos Santana Band.

The day's events raise funds for the Inca Cares Foundation college scholarships for students pursuing a career in the medical field; their annual humanitarian medical aid mission to the Dominican Republic where they serve over 1,000 impoverished children and pregnant women with medical screenings and medications and supplies; and local charity partner, the New Orleans Jazz Museum's educational programs.

"We are excited to recognize three amazing Latinos who are true heroes in our community," said Elizabeth Berman Founder of Inca Cares Foundation. Honorees selected for awards are individuals who serve as positive role models in their respective industries and who also participate in philanthropic endeavors throughout the year.

"We are also excited to bring awareness to our Inca Cares Foundation programs to the NOLA community and to also highlight the wonderful educational programs from our charity partner, the New Orleans Jazz Museum," said Co-Founder, Randy Berman.

Tickets and sponsorship information for both events can be found on the Foundation's website at www.IncaCares.org and on the Eventbrite website.
