Top Rated Chiropractor in Freehold NJ Holds 19th Annual Holiday Food and Coat Drive

FREEHOLD, N.J. - Nov. 29, 2024 - PRLog -- The holidays are upon us and it's time to celebrate with friends and family.  Unfortunately, some in our community are experiencing difficult times.  Now is a great time to give back to those in need during the holidays and cold winter months.

For the 19th consecutive year, Dr. Russell Brokstein is holding the annual holiday food and coat drive, "Baby It's Cold Outside."  He collects coats, gloves, jackets and non-perishable food items to help his community every year when the holidays start.  In 2005, Dr. Brokstein opened Hometown Family Wellness Center and has made "Baby It's Cold Outside" an annual event to give back to the community he grew up in.

"Baby It's Cold Outside" helps people who are cold and not able to afford food during the holidays and winter season.. The annual holiday drive starts the day after Thanksgiving, collecting donations of non-perishable food items, coats and clothing items in good condition until New Years Eve.

Dr. Brokstein says, "I always wanted to return to the town I grew up in to give back by helping the community take back their health naturally and to give back to the town I love. So many people need our help during the holidays and winter season. Nobody should be cold and hungry so I decided that collecting food and warm clothing would be a great gift for many during the holidays. Please help us help others enjoy this holiday season and stay warm this winter!"

If you bring in at least 5 canned, boxed food items and/or coats, you will receive a a gift of health certificate for a complimentary "Pain Relief and Health Consultation" for yourself or you can share with somebody you love.. Dr. Brokstein says, "I want everybody to win so those donating will get the gift of health and pain relief in return for helping others. There are many people who also suffer with pain or looking for an answer to being healthy naturally. Chiropractic has so much to offer everybody!"

Dr. Brokstein brings all collected items to The Open Door and St. Peter's Thrift Shop on Throckmorton in Freehold, NJ. We will be collecting new or gently used, clean winter items and food until December 31, 2024 at the following address:
