Smithtown Children's Foundation Recognizes Smithtown's Firefighters at the 2024 Community Table

The Smithtown Children's Foundation is proud to recognize the extraordinary dedication of Smithtown's fire departments. From holiday parades to youth programs, fire safety initiatives, and community events, these firefighters go above and beyond to protect and uplift Smithtown's residents. Each department has shown exemplary commitment through outreach efforts, like delivering gifts to children with special needs during the holiday season, hosting toy drives, collecting funds for families in crisis, and volunteering their time and resources at foundation events like the Smiles for Sean car wash, Mike's Hike, and more. The foundation will present each department with the Inspirational Community Leader Award as a tribute to their continued service. Their selflessness exemplifies the foundation's mission to foster a compassionate and resilient community.

Participating businesses include Alpine Pastry Shop, Athenian Greek Taverna, The Bristal, Ciro's, Courage Motivation Detox, Duck Donuts, Elegant Eating, Florie's Finales, Husk & Vine Kitchen & Cocktails, Legends Bar & Grill, Level Up Kitchen, LI Dip Company, Mickey's Ice Cream, Nosh, Mema's Little Italian Kitchen, O Sole Mio, Pace's, The Curry Club, The Trattoria, Up in Smoke BBQ, The Whisk Bakery, and Villa Sorrento.
