Long Beach Police and Feds, Asked to File Criminal Charges Against, Alleged GoFundMe Fraudsters

LONG BEACH, Calif. - Nov. 1, 2024 - PRLog -- After numerous complaints about nuisance tenants Anthony Encina and Amy Lynn Madalinski, city officials question cancer claims. "As of late October, no one has seen them go to doctor's visits, appearing ill, or taking any prescribed medications," stated one Long Beach City Official. Questions increased, due to the number of police calls about these 2 nuisance neighbors, coupled with a recent public dancing competition appearance by Anthony Encina, whose GoFundMe recently claimed, "Anthony has terminal brain cancer (glioblastoma.)"

"Glioblastoma is extremely terminal and only has a 6% recovery rate," confirmed Dr. David Bindra, an expert in glioblastoma. Yet, the next paragraph of Encina's GoFundMe, says he's looking forward to summer, and videos online show him competing in a dance competition in October 2024, with absolutely no scars on his bald head, and significant weight gain. "Either the GoFundMe is untrue, or the CDC needs to study this miracle case," opined Dr. Bindra. Notably, Madalinski used a variation of her name, and hid her GoFundMe under the name "Amy Lynn." See: https://www.gofundme.com/f/amys-breast-cancer-support-fund

Property records confirmed Encina and Madalinski were direct next door neighbors at the beginning of 2024, when they both started their GoFundMe campaigns, and there had been numerous police visits, and multiple people complained about both of these tenants. Witnesses allege 24/7 parties, suspected drug use, and seeing regular drunken behavior by both.

Police records evidence over 100 police visits to Anthony Encina's residence for Cal. Penal Code section 415 disturbances of the peace, and more recently for criminal threats and assault.

A neighbor from across the street complained, "The police are out there, almost every night. We have not had a single minute of peace and quiet, since June!" The property owner next door said, "At least 3 tenants vacated after constantly being disturbed by them, and being threatened."

The Long Beach Police and Feds have been asked to fully investigate. If Encina and Madalinski really do have cancer, it is most likely the result of partying too much … or payback and bad karma.
