Two Members of Jay Nuss Realty Group. LLC Become Toastmasters Club Officers

BRAINTREE, Mass. - Oct. 23, 2024 - PRLog -- Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC (http://jaynussrealtygroup.com), a leading multi-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, has two team members who are now Officers in their respective Toastmasters Clubs.

Jason Harris is the 24-25 Club President of Spirited Speakers Toastmasters Club, based in Middleboro, MA.  Harris, who has been with JNRG since November 2021, has been a member of Toastmasters since May 2021. He previously served as the Club's Sergeant At Arms.

Angela Nuss is the 24-25 Club Vice President Education of Network Voice Toastmasters, based in Weymouth, MA.  Nuss, who has been with JRNG officially since August 2018 and unofficially her entire life, has been a member of Toastmasters since February 2016.  She previously served as Secretary and Vice President of Public Relations as well as multiple leadership roles in the District.

Jason and Angela serve in one of the top two officer roles in their respective clubs.  As such, they are members of the District 31 Council which approves the District Budget, among other things.  As Club Officers they attend Club Officer Training twice per Toastmasters year, help run their clubs, and serve their club members, all while fulfilling meeting roles and giving speeches as all club members do.  This helps both of them improve their communication and leadership skills, which they carry over into their roles as Commercial Real Estate Agents at Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC.

Jason is enrolled in the Motivational Strategies Path.  He is passionate about helping others with their nutrition and improving their public speaking skills. Jason is also serving in a Leadership Role in District 31 this Toastmasters year.  Jason is excited for this leadership opportunity.  He states, "I have a great team with many years of experience as Club Officers who will support me in this role."

Angela, a Distinguished Toastmaster, has completed the Motivational Strategies Path and is currently dually enrolled in both the Visionary Communication and Leadership Development Paths. Angela hosts a Podcast, Talking Toastmasters, which she started through a Level 4 elective, Create a Podcast. Angela states one of her biggest challenges as VP-Education is "to communicate and connect with every club member regarding their goals and roles in Toastmasters.  With 18-25 club members at any given time, that's a lot of personalities and communication styles."  She is up for the challenge, though, as she enjoys both personal and professional growth and development and feels this will definitely help her in both areas.
