Allegations of Police Misconduct and Targeted Harassment of Native American Victim

WASHINGTON - Oct. 22, 2024 - PRLog -- During March 30th 2021 till present day disturbing pattern of harassment and misinformation has emerged surrounding the case of a Native American victim of police misconduct, as documented in Case #IA 2021-0228. Following the findings of the San Diego Commission on Police Practices (CPP) regarding the unlawful actions of police officers, impoundment and the illegal retention of identification, the victim has faced ongoing defamation, slander and public bullying faction of the community. Acts of corruption within the community, the victim went through obstacles by minority factions in San Diego, that utilize sophisticated gang stalking tactics to evade law enforcement and evade while adapted their operations to incorporate psychological harassment techniques. Gang stalking tactics include the use of coordinated surveillance, stalking, and intimidation attempts as gang stalking strategies has compounded the challenge of combatting these organizations, as it creates a chilling effect where victim and witness may feel isolated and unsupported. These criminals use internet crimes against children scams to isolate victim into extortion. allegations have surfaced regarding the San Diego Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and their apparent negligence in handling a serious case of gang stalking that has raised grave concerns about the integrity of the bureau's local operations. The victims deceased grandfather was slandered on during a hate campaign BBQ in November 2021 day after Veterans Day to lure the victim witness into becoming a violent criminal committed targeted violence, but the victim refused to fall for all  gang stalking strategies that would violate his amendment rights of the constitution.

Sources indicate that Special Agent Kevin Shead and other agents may have been complicit in a such as sunglasses equipped with a hidden camera, which were purportedly utilized to record evidence surrounding the incidents of gang stalking. Eyewitness reports claim that San Diego police officers were present utilizing a Computer Voice Stress Analyzer (CVSA) laptop at the same time, indicating potential collaboration or misconduct. The Recording and CVSA was conducted without victims permission. CVSA results shown honesty about the incident. Victim claimed that  the harassment was part of targeted violence propaganda.

This case has revealed not only serious allegations of police misconduct—including the violation of Department Procedure 7.08—but also the pernicious aftermath faced by the victim, who has become a target of harassment by individuals affiliated with criminal organizations. Since the Commission's findings were released, various members of the community have perpetuated false narratives designed to undermine the victim's credibility, triggering a distressing wave of community division and  ongoing conflict.

The San Diego Commission on Police Practices remains dedicated to upholding public accountability. Continued vigilance is essential to ensure that justice prevails for victims, and a robust dialogue addressing racism, harassment, and community integrity can take root.
